Cost Estimator

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to estimate costs for projects, products, or services, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
  • Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, compare supplier quotes, and analyze bids.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors.
  • Create comprehensive reports with cost estimates, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
  • Recommend ways to reduce costs and identify alternative, cost-effective solutions.
  • Track estimated versus actual costs and monitor project progress.
  • Maintain records of estimates and costs, and read blueprints/technical documents.
