Parts Admin

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels, conduct physical counts, update databases (pricing, descriptions), and manage backorders.
  • Create and process purchase orders, liaise with suppliers for timely delivery, and manage special orders.
  • Inspect incoming parts, log them, and issue parts to technicians or customers.
  • Assist with part identification, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Process invoices/delivery notes, manage warranty claims, handle returns, and maintain parts documentation.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, usage, and order history.
  • Work with service, accounting, and other internal teams
