Production Engineer

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• 3–7 years’ experience in sheet metal fabrication with focus on 3D metal forming
• Solid understanding of material behaviour during forming (Aluminium, SS, Mild Steel).
• Experience with CNC press brakes, 3-roll/4-roll rollers, and stretch forming processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 3D CAD tools.
• Familiarity with CAM software and forming simulation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• To support the planning, execution, and optimization of sheet metal fabrication processes with a strong focus on 3D metal forming, ensuring dimensional accuracy, manufacturing efficiency, and product quality.
• Develops forming methods for single-curved and double-curved sheet metal components (e.g., spherical, conical, or organic shapes).
• Interprets complex 3D drawings and CAD models for forming feasibility.
