QA/QC Specialist (FSC, ISO, GMP/GHP, SEDEX, FSC-COC)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a QA/QC role in a manufacturing, packaging, or print environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP/GHP, FSC-COC, and SEDEX requirements. Internal auditor certification (ISO/FSC) is a plus.
• Proficient in quality systems, documentation control, and audit procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking. Strong communication skills and the ability to train and influence others.
• Experience in packaging, printing, or labeling industry.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000) if applicable. Familiarity with customer audits and social compliance (SMETA/SEDEX).

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality systems aligned with ISO 9001, FSC-COC, GMP/GHP, and SEDEX standards.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits related to FSC, SEDEX, and
• customer-specific compliance.
• Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and customer expectations through routine inspection and testing.
• Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing and Good Hygiene Practices across all production areas.
• Manage documentation, traceability, and compliance records for quality and sustainability certifications.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure consistent quality and compliance across all departments.
• Train employees on quality standards, hygiene, traceability, and FSC/COC practices.
• Prepare and submit quality reports and certification updates to leadership.
• Ensure raw material, in-process, and final product inspections are completed according to SOPs.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
