Electrician

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in solar panel installation and maintenance
• NC II certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and solar energy components
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and architectural drawings
• Familiarity with electrical codes, safety regulations, and solar installation standards

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain wiring, control, and grounding/lightning protection systems
• Connect solar panels to electrical systems, including grid-tied and battery storage setups
• Perform system testing and commissioning to ensure proper operation
• Inspect electrical components such as circuit breakers and control panels
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and solar system issues
• Conduct regular maintenance on existing solar installations
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and protocols specific to solar installations
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project completion
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of work performed

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
