Gluing Operator (Folding Carton)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating gluing/folding carton machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations. Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred Education/Training Vocational/technical training (printing, mechanical, packaging) (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate folding carton gluing machines for production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Performance routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and job tickets.
• Collaborate with team members including feeders, catchers, and packers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist quality assurance team to conduct internal audit smoothly.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
