Ship and Outboard Engineer

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or technical/vocational training in Marine Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in ship or outboard engineering.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of marine engines, propulsion systems, and auxiliary equipment.
• Ability to work in a marine environment and handle physical tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Inspects, maintains, and repairs marine engines, boats, and outboard motors.
• Performs routine servicing of marine mechanical systems and equipment.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems in vessels and marine machinery.
• Repairs or replaces defective mechanical parts to ensure safe vessel operation.
• Performs other related marine maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
