Receptionist/Customer Service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in reception or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry).
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Assist clients with information about services, appointments, and requirements.
• Maintain front-desk operations and ensure reception area is presentable at all times.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage appointments, records, and basic administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Valid passport of atleast 1 year
