Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
• Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.
• Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues.
• Implement marketing promotions and operational improvements as needed.

Requirements:
