Kitchen Commis (Restaurant Worker)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the Food and Beverage industry or any related field
• Basic knife skills and understanding of food safety.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, seasoning meats, fruits, and vegetables; preparing basic sauces and salads.
• Measuring ingredients accurately, stocking stations, rotating stock (FIFO), and reporting low supplies.
• Following instructions from senior chefs (Chef de Partie, Sous Chef) to prepare dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
