FARM WORKER (PALM TREE)

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school graduate or relevant technical diploma/certificate related to agriculture or farming
• At least 1–5 years of relevant work experience in palm tree farming or agricultural work
• Knowledge of basic palm tree care and farm practices
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor outdoors
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• erform planting, pruning, trimming, and maintenance of palm trees
• Assist in pollination, fertilization, and harvesting of palm fruits
• Water palm trees using irrigation systems and manual methods as required
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and treatments under supervision
• Remove weeds and maintain cleanliness of farm areas
• Use farm tools and equipment safely and properly
• Monitor palm tree health and report pests, diseases, or damage
• Follow safety procedures and farm management instructions
• Support other farm-related tasks as assigned
