CNC PROGRAMMER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably using Autodesk Fusion 360.
  • Proven experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation, with a strong understanding of machining strategies, including determining efficient and safe production methods for complex parts.
  • In-depth knowledge of cutting parameters (speeds, feeds, depth of cut) to ensure safe and optimal machining performance.
  • Skilled in tool selection and tool path optimization to achieve precision, efficiency, and reduced machine downtime.
  • Proficient in measuring and quality control techniques (using micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) to verify part accuracy.
  • Knowledge of automation systems (bar feeders, robots, cobots, APL, etc.) with the ability to integrate and optimize them for continuous production.
  • Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
