Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
• Proven experience in Japanese cuisine
• Must hold NC II Certification (relevant to culinary or cookery)
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations
• Familiar with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
