Corporate Services Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
• Experience in handling administrative, HR, and facilities-related functions
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools
• Willing to work overseas and adapt to a multicultural environment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily corporate services operations including administration and support services
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth internal processes
• Manage office facilities, assets, and service providers
• Implement and monitor company policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination activities
• Ensure compliance with company, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare management reports and operational updates
• Handle employee concerns related to corporate services
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
