Security Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant training in Criminology, Security Management, or related field
• Proven experience in supervising security teams
• Background in corporate, site, or facility security management
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, risk assessment, and incident management
• Ability to develop and implement security policies and protocols
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Physically fit and able to respond to security incidents
• Willing to work overseas and adapt to site-based working conditions
• Former law enforcement or military background is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage overall security operations
• Supervise security personnel and assign duties and schedules
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and contingency plans
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and inspections
• Ensure safety and protection of company personnel, facilities, and assets
• Investigate security incidents and prepare incident reports
• Coordinate with management and local authorities when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• Conduct security briefings and training for staff
