Heavy Diesel Mechanic Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Technical or vocational course in Diesel Mechanics, Automotive Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in supervising mechanics or workshop teams
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
• Experience with heavy equipment, trucks, generators, or industrial machinery
• Ability to plan and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prepare maintenance schedules and reports
• Physically fit and willing to work overseas
• TESDA NC II / NC III or equivalent certification is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of heavy diesel mechanics and workshop personnel
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and vehicles
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of diesel engines and mechanical systems
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
• Assign tasks and monitor work quality and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures
  Maintain accurate maintenance, inventory, and service records
• Coordinate with management regarding equipment status and maintenance needs
• Provide technical guidance and training to mechanics
