Construction Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Strong background in site management, project planning, and coordination
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools
• Willing to work overseas and in site-based conditions

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to completion
• Supervise site operations and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, costs, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions
• Prepare progress, cost, and project reports for management
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
