Gym Attendant

Qualifications:

  • Male, 22–30 years old
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a 4–5 star hotel or fine dining environment
  • Presentable with good communication skills
  • At least a high school graduate
  • Certificate of Employment (COE) / NC II is required

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and order of gym facilities
  • Monitor gym equipment and report maintenance needs
  • Assist guests with basic equipment usage
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Benefits:

  • Twin-sharing accommodation provided

  • 30 days paid annual leave per year
  • 6 working days per week

Loyalty Bonus:

  • 1 month basic salary after 1 year of service
  • 1.5 months basic salary after 2 years of service
  • 2 months basic salary after 3 years of service
  • Bonus capped at 2 months basic salary for each subsequent year
