Kitchen Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Female applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Washing, peeling, chopping fruits/vegetables; measuring and mixing ingredients; preparing simple dishes or garnishes.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all food prep surfaces, ovens, utensils, dishes, and floors; washing dishes and disposing of garbage.
  • Receiving, storing, organizing supplies; checking inventory levels and restocking items as needed; recording food wastage.
  • Assisting cooks and chefs with tasks; setting up and breaking down workstations; maintaining organization.
  • Adhering strictly to food health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
