Our employer Al-Nassar Trading & Contracting Co. is in need of the following:
QA/QC Civil Engineer
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Having a minimum of 8 years of experience in the preparation of Construction documents, material specifications, and well conversant in all
- Engineering codes and Standards for Residential, commercial, and industrial constructions
- Computer literate, especially in Word and Excel formats
- With a valid driving license and Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements.
- Perform daily/regular inspections of civil works (earthworks, concrete, structures) for adherence to drawings, specs, and standards.
- Conduct quality checks and receiving inspections for all incoming civil materials.
- Prepare quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and ensure all quality records are maintained.
- Liaise with Project Managers, contractors, consultants, and clients during inspections and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to international standards (ISO), project specifications, and safety/environmental rules.
- Oversee material testing (concrete, soil, etc.) and verification.
- Assist in preparing final quality documentation for project handover.
