Our employer Al-Nassar Trading & Contracting Co. is in need of the following:
Planning Engineer (Civil)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in planning, programming, and budgeting, etc., in major commercial and industrial projects
- Should be conversant with operating the Primavera 6 programme
- Computer literature and Capable of preparing weekly and monthly reports
- With valid driver’s license and Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed work schedules (Gantt charts, look-ahead plans) using software, tracking progress against baselines.
- Estimate and monitor manpower, equipment, and material needs.
- Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and analyze cash flow.
- Document project scope, tasks, and deliverables (foundations, earthworks, etc.).
- Track site progress, analyze schedule impacts (delays, claims), and generate performance reports.
- Liaise with architects, surveyors, site teams, and managers.
- Create appropriate construction methodologies for site conditions.

It’s reputation as a dedicated Saudi ARAMCO contractor has contributed to extend offering its services to prestigious clients, such as SATROP (a J. V. Between Saudi Aramco and Total), The Royal Commission in Jubail, SABIC and others.
