Paint Preparation Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year in surface preparation prior to wet painting (required).
• Ability to perform visual inspections and correct minor surface defects (including filling/puttying).
• Strong understanding of safety and hygiene regulations when handling chemicals.
• Filipino applicants who are currently residing in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Remove dust, grease, and other contaminants from part surfaces.
• Apply appropriate chemical agents to ensure surfaces are properly degreased.
• Use grinders and polishers to achieve the required finish quality.
• Protect parts or areas that must not be painted by applying masking materials.
• Conduct visual inspections prior to painting, identify defects, and perform corrective actions such as filling/puttying.
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment in accordance with technological procedures.
• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations when working with chemicals
