TEAM MEMBER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in food service, restaurant operations, or a similar role
• Previous experience in training, coaching, or team leadership is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Smile and greet customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks according to Pret standards
• Work as part of the Pret shop team across kitchen, front of house, and delivery operations
• Consistently demonstrate the three core Pret Behaviours:

  • Clear Talking
• Upon graduating as a Team Member Star (TM*), also demonstrate the Open to Change behaviour
• Create an efficient, welcoming, and engaging environment that “wows” customers
• Prepare and produce high-quality Pret food following established standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all work areas
• Follow the 6 Key Points of Service and 6 Key Points of Production to ensure quality and productivity
• Support teamwork, productivity, and smooth daily operations
