Senior Electrician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Electrician in oil & gas or petrochemical facilities, with supervisory or senior-level experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, motors, and industrial equipment
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Familiarity with safety standards, electrical codes, and preventive maintenance procedures
• Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, panels, motors, and equipment
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and site procedures
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and maintenance teams on electrical projects
• Mentor and guide junior electricians to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and hazards
