HVAC Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical plants
• Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or similar role
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Strong knowledge of industrial HVAC systems and maintenance practices
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities
• Ensure proper operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of HVAC technicians and workers
• Inspect HVAC work to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and other departments
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and support corrective actions
