NBTC Group is seeking an experienced Piping Superintendent to manage and oversee all piping construction activities on Oil & Gas projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that piping installation is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Piping / Engineering discipline or equivalent technical certification.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in piping construction on Oil & Gas or EPC projects, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of piping materials, fabrication, welding, supports, and installation methods.
• Experience with client standards, preferably Saudi Aramco or similar Oil & Gas clients.
• Proven ability to lead large construction teams and manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all piping construction activities including fabrication, installation, and tie-ins.
• Ensure piping works comply with project drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Lead site piping teams, including foremen, fitters, welders, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress, productivity, and manpower allocation to meet project schedules
• Ensure proper QA/QC inspection of piping welds, supports, and systems
• Conduct daily/weekly site meetings and report progress to Project Management
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, safety standards, and client requirements
• Resolve site issues, technical queries, and interface conflicts
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.
