NBTC Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Mechanical to manage and oversee mechanical construction activities for Oil & Gas projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for safe execution, productivity, quality, and coordination of all mechanical works at site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 12–18 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects, with 5+ years as a Construction Manager.
• Strong background in mechanical construction including piping, equipment erection, and testing.
• Proven experience managing large workforces and subcontractors.
• In-depth knowledge of construction practices, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
• Middle East experience required; KSA experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise mechanical construction activities including piping, static and rotating equipment installation.
• Coordinate daily site activities with project management, engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and planning teams.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project schedules and targets.
• Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and client requirements.
• Participate in construction planning, progress meetings, and reporting.
• Support commissioning, pre-commissioning, and system handover activities.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of works.
