Job Vacancy: Rigging Foreman

NBTC Group is looking for an experienced Rigging Foreman to lead and execute day-to-day rigging and lifting activities on Oil & Gas project sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role ensures lifting operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved procedures.
Rigging Foreman
Qualifications:
- Technical certificate or diploma in rigging or related trade.
- Valid Rigger / Rigging Foreman certification (TUV, Aramco, or equivalent).
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in rigging, with at least 2 years as a Foreman, preferably in Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of lifting techniques, cranes, and rigging gear.
- Ability to read lift plans and hand signals.
- Middle East experience preferred; KSA experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise riggers during daily lifting and rigging operations.
- Execute lifting activities as per approved lift plans, method statements, and permits.
- Ensure proper use and inspection of rigging equipment (slings, shackles, hooks, spreader beams).
- Coordinate closely with crane operators, lifting supervisors, and site engineers.
- Ensure all riggers are trained, certified, and following safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings.
- Identify hazards and stop unsafe lifting activities.
- Maintain records of lifting operations and equipment inspections.
