NBTC Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer to join our Oil & Gas operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and administering contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Contracts Engineer, preferably in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, FIDIC conditions, and commercial management.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and agreements related to Oil & Gas projects.
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks, obligations, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, legal, and commercial teams on contract-related matters.
- Manage variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Prepare contractual correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Support dispute resolution, negotiations, and final account settlements.
- Maintain proper contract records and documentation systems.
