GROCERY ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Customer service (helping find items, answering questions), stocking and rotating shelves
• Ensuring freshness and facing products), maintaining store cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, sanitizing), and inventory management (receiving deliveries, checking stock
• Greet and assist customers in locating products.
• Answer product questions and make recommendations.
• Process transactions at checkout or self-checkout.
• Help bag groceries and carry them to vehicles if needed.
• Unload deliveries and restock shelves, coolers, and bulk bins
• Rotate products to ensure freshness (First-In, First-Out).
• Create and maintain attractive, well-organized product displays.
• Check expiration dates and remove damaged items.
• Clean and sanitize aisles, shelves, restrooms, and shopping carts.
• Sweep, mop, and take out trash.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors.
• Follow all company, federal, and state safety and sanitation guidelines.
