HSE AND QMS MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Science from a recognized institution.
- Possession of NEBOSH General Certificate / International
- General Certificate as a minimum requirement.
HSE training or certifications will be considered advantage (e.g. OSHA, IOSH, etc. - Supplementary HSE-related training and certifications considered an asset.
- Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (or equivalent).
- Minimum of seven years experience managing HSE within the oil and gas EPC industry.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities and experience in guiding HSE teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HSE management system and relevant regulatory requirements
- Possession of NEBOSH General Certificate / International General Certificate as a minimum requirement. HSE training or certifications will be considered advantage (e.g. OSHA, IOSH, etc.
- Supplementary HSE-related training and certifications
- Significant expertise in performing risk assessment and audits.
- Proven track record in leading and supervising HSE teams, including Engineers and Officers at senior and junior levels.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing annual HSE plans
- Strong working knowledge of permit to work system and gas testing procedures.
- Advanced skills in incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies
- Ability to develop, maintains, and updates emergency response procedures and plans.
- Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities, able to produce high quality reports for presentations to management and clients.
- Excellent IT proficiency including all MS office programs.
