Intercity Facilities Management is looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and manage mechanical maintenance operations across facilities in Qatar. This role focuses on leadership, preventive maintenance, and ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of all mechanical systems.
MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in mechanical maintenance or facilities management
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Male applicants preferred
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Experience managing maintenance of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment
- Strong knowledge of:
- Pumps
- Chillers
- HVAC units
- Boilers
- Plumbing systems
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar maintenance software
Responsibilities
- Team Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the mechanical maintenance team
- Assign tasks and monitor workforce performance
- Preventive Maintenance & Repairs
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair work
- Ensure all mechanical systems operate efficiently and reliably
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and resource requirements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and system logs
