COMMIS III/BUTCHER

Qualifications:

• Must have atleast 2 years experience in any hotel industry

Responsibilities:

• The applicant must have a knowledge in BUTCHERY.
• A Commis 3 is an entry-level cook responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking, and plating, as well as maintaining kitchen cleanliness and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Chop, wash, peel, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and standards. This includes portioning, weighing, and mixing ingredients for various dishes.

• Copy of Certificate of Employment
• Diploma (if any)
