Sheet Rolls Extruder Operator

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Technical Diploma or High School Education
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sheet extrusion operations (preferred)
  • Strong technical and mechanical skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot extrusion problems efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor sheet extrusion machines according to production specifications.
  • Set up machine parameters such as temperature, speed, and thickness based on product requirements
  • Load raw material and ensure proper feeding into the extruder.
  • Inspect sheet rolls during production to ensure they meet required quality standards.
