Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years experience
• Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 

• Production Oversight: Managing daily bakery production, including baking, decorating, and packaging.
• Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet our quality standards and food safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Overseeing ingredient ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
• Team Leadership: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising bakery staff
• Menu Development: Contributing to the creation of new bakery items and optimizing existing ones.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all bakery equipment is in good working order and performing routine maintenance.
• Budget Management: Assisting with managing the bakery’s budget and controlling costs.

Requirements:

• Updated resume with job description
• Employment certificate
• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
