• Supervise and motivate front-line staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
• Organize shift schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate staffing.
• Customer Service Excellence: Monitor service quality and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Enforce hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety
