Soft Service Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Minimum of middle school education, with the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily soft services operations such as cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.
• Plan and assign work schedules to staff, ensuring optimal manpower allocation.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure services are delivered to agreed standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Liaise with clients to address concerns, handle requests, and maintain strong working relationships
• Manage inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and supplies; ensure cost control and proper usage
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service delivery, staff performance, and operational issues
• Handle incident reports, complaints, and corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors or third-party service providers when necessary.
• Support the Facility/Operations Manager in achieving overall service objectives.
