Safety & Fire Design Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety & Fire Engineering or equivalent.
  • PMP certification is an advantage (OPTIONAL).
  • Knowledge of international Safety & Fire Regulations, risk management tools, and industry best practices.
  • Communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring that healh, safety, and environmental (HSE) considerations are embedded into engineering design and project execution. This role involves design and implementation of fire and safety systems according to international codes and
  • Saudi building codes across all project phases.
  • Lead the development and integration of Safety & Fire design in engineering projects.
  • Ensure design compliance with relevant Fire & Safety codes, standards (e.g., API, NFPA, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety is considered during design and construction phases.
  • Participate in design reviews (e.g., 3D model reviews, P&ID reviews) and provide safety & fire input.
  • Review engineering drawings for safety & Fire compliance.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
  • Employment certificates
  • NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
  • PEOS certificate
