Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience required.
- No minimum educational attainment required.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity remaining.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and able to handle kitchen duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation including washing, peeling, cutting, and dicing vegetables and fruits.
- Apply proper food handling procedures, including First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP guidelines.
- Support kitchen team in daily operations and food preparation tasks.
