Field Engineer (Civil)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in field engineering or site supervision within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
  • Strong understanding of local building codes and international standards.
  • Good command of English (Verbal and Written).
  • Multilingual communication skills (especially in English)

Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
  • Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution of civil works.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks for concrete works, earthworks, foundations, and structural elements.
  • Assist in preparing work schedules, progress reports, and material requisitions.
  • Resolve technical issues on-site and provide engineering solutions in real time.
  • Verify survey data and ensure accurate layout and leveling of structures.
  • Support testing and commissioning of civil components as required.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of site activities, changes, and inspections.
