Security Manager

Qualifications:

• Former military or police background strongly preferred
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in security management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of security technology (CCTV, alarms, access systems) is a Plus.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Physically fit and mentally alert.
• Must possess integrity, discipline, and a proactive approach to security
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends if necessary.
• Valid security certifications/licenses (if required by law).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Supervise, train, and manage security personnel to ensure professional performance.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and inspections.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
• Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure proper allocation and monitoring of security staff across shifts
• Handle crisis management, emergency response, and evacuation procedures
• Provide security briefings and updates to management.
