TRAINING COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate training plans for employees, contractors, and project teams.
• Identify training needs through skills assessments, gap analyses, and competency evaluations.
• Arrange and schedule technical, HSE, and soft skills training sessions.
• Coordinate with external training providers and certification bodies for specialized programs.
• Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and qualifications.
• Ensure all training programs meet company policies, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare training calendars, materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend program improvements.
• Support onboarding and induction training for new hires and project mobilizations.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure skill alignment with operational needs.
• Track compliance with mandatory training requirements for safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on training status, participation
