SUPERINTENDENT (FABRICATION)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities for steel structures, piping spools, skids, and mechanical components.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to engineering drawings, specifications, and international codes (ASME, AWS, API, ASTM).
• Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, equipment, and materials for fabrication operations.
• Oversee welding, cutting, fit-up, assembly, and NDT activities t  ensure quality compliance.
• Review and approve fabrication procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Manage shop production schedules, optimize workflows, and ensure timely delivery of fabricated components.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and project teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and traceability.
• Monitor fabrication KPIs, prepare progress reports, and support project plan
• Lead fabrication team members, including welders, fitters, and supervisors, providing training and guidance as required. Ensure strict compliance
• with HSE regulations, safe work practices, and permit-to-work systems. Coordinate with subcontractors
