STRUCTURAL SUPERINTENDENT

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all structural construction and installation activities at the refinery site.
  • Review and interpret structural drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Lead and manage structural crews, subcontractors, and construction teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, refinery regulations, and QA/QC standards.
  • Inspect and verify structural work quality, ensuring compliance with industry codes (API, ASCE, AISC, ACI).
  • Collaborate with engineers, planners, and project managers to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows.
  • Oversee lifting and rigging activities for heavy structural installations.
  • Plan manpower, equipment, and material requirements for structural activities.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Strong understanding of HSE policies and QA/QC standards.
