STRUCTURAL SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate structural construction and installation activities on-site.
  • Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Assign and oversee tasks for structural crews and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
  • Monitor work progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
  • Support lifting and rigging activities for heavy structural installations.
  • Plan manpower, equipment, and material requirements for structural works.
  • Coordinate with engineers, planners, and other supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare daily progress reports, inspection checklists, and documentation.
  • Mentor and train team members on safety and structural best practices.
