SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise scaffold crews in the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolds for construction and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with international standards (OSHA, BS EN 12811, API) and company HSE policies.
• Review scaffold design drawings, method statements, and load requirements prior to execution.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure scaffold safety, proper tagging, and structural stability.
• Manage scaffold materials, tools, and equipment to meet project needs.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and site supervisors to prioritize scaffolding requirements.
• Provide training, safety briefings, and toolbox talks to scaffolding teams.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffold inspections, permits, and materials usage.
• Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and critical lifts with proper scaffold access planning.
• Identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and enforce strict adherence to safety practices.
