LEAD DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the document control team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all project documents.
• Develop and implement document control procedures, workflows, and systems to meet project and client requirements.
• Manage the receipt, review, distribution, and archiving of engineering drawings, vendor data, QA/QC records, procurement documents, and construction reports.
• Maintain a Master Document Register (MDR) and ensure version control of all project document
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and construction teams to ensure smooth document flow and compliance with deadlines.
• Ensure all controlled documents are properly reviewed, approved, and transmitted through electronic document manage
• Support audits, client reviews, and project handover by providing accurate documentation packages.
• Train and mentor junior document controllers to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
• Resolve document-related discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality, data protection, and information security policies.
