LEAD SITE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of communication between the site team, contractors, and project management.
  • Lead and monitor construction, installation, and commissioning activities for refinery projects.
  • Review and approve engineering drawings, method statements, and work procedures.
  • Provide technical support and resolve engineering issues during site execution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements and refinery regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and ensure compliance with engineering standards
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers and field supervisors.
