SITE ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, and wiring in oil & gas facilities.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute tasks accurately.
• Perform electrical work on lighting systems, motors, transformers, switchgear, control panels, and instrumentation circuits. Conduct regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations, project specifications, and safety standards (IEC, NEC, or equivalent). Maintain accurate documentation of electrical maintenance, repairs, and testing activities.
• Use appropriate testing equipment to verify proper functioning of circuits and systems. Enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
