Qualifications
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain order.
- Necessary for maintaining cleanliness and managing supplies accurately
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including the pantry, common areas, and washrooms.
- Monitoring and refilling pantry supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, and water bottles.
- Performing basic administrative tasks such as delivering documents within the office, assisting with filing, and photocopying
- Handling small errands as directed by superiors, which may include tasks both inside and outside the office.
- Tidying and preparing meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Emptying waste bins and ensuring proper disposal of waste and other disposable materials.
